NPEDZ houses Sinopec Zhenhai (the world's largest single-site refinery) and Wanhua Chemical (the world's leading MDI producer by capacity). Major aromatics-PTA cluster ; Hengli, Yisheng, and Wanhua's integrated PTA-PET chain runs through here. Port adjacency is the operator advantage: cargo can move from plant gate to ocean vessel in under a kilometre on dedicated pipeline / conveyor systems for many tenants. The park is the supply hub for east-China-bound chemicals trade and serves as the first-call export-gateway for Zhejiang industrial chemicals.
